Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park offers excellent seasonal birding opportunities for the nature tourist.

I strongly recommend you visit this wonderful new state park located just up the road from our property.Steve Posted: 2011-08-04 09:56:08 I had a great picnic with my niece and nephews in the Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park; we did the 4 hour swamp buggy tour and filmed a huge bobcat and saw some deer and a pack of wild hogs that ran out from some bushes!

The kids spotted them first, they had a lot of fun. It was exciting, a bit bumpy but fun thanks for everything.Kim Posted: 2011-01-11 10:32:42 This was the best weekend I've had in quite a while. Watching the the huge flock of wild turkeys that came onto the property was totally awesome, I've never seen so many at one time. Then taking a walk in the Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park, seeing all the gators out sunning themselves and the deer out grazing was terrific. "What more can a person ask for?"
